Autumn Wreath

I have been really inspired by lots of the fall projects I have seen online lately, and wanted to try my hand at a wreath as well. I found these woody wreaths at Michael's this week: two for five dollars! What a deal!

I used the new Cricut Circle Exclusive Sophie cart, as well as Art Philosphy and Art Nouveau. I distressed some of the leafs and flowers with my copics, and when done I glimmermisted the whole thing.

Flower Garden in the Clouds

My daughter and I decided to cut some HUGE flowers from Flower Shoppe and hang them from her ceiling. The pictures don't do justice. I used dollar store Rexlace and thumb tacks to attach them to the ceiling.

My husband painted the room blue with some white clouds, which REALLY makes the flower look cool.

I cut the background flowers at 8.5 inches, and the curly-uppy flowers at 10 inches. I glued everything with my hot glue gun - seemed the only thing strong enough...hopefully it holds.

Fancy Monogram...Part 2

And now for the boy version.

All cuts from Nate's ABCs and paper printed from Cricut Imagine Blast Off.

Fancy Monogram

I bought a wooden "J" and "G" at Michael's lately - one for my little girl and one for my little fella. I wanted to decorate their doors. I've been wanting to do more with home decor lately, and this seemed manageable.

I painted the letter G with dollar store paint - just plain old pink!

I printed one sheet of white cardstock with the big floral print from Lori's Garden on my Imagine. I waited for it to dry, then flipped it over to cut the flowers from Flower Shoppe. I did this so that when the flowers were wrapped up and glued there would be a coordinating pattern on the other side - rather than stark white.

I then used Kate's ABCs to cut the ADORABLE shoes and hat. (Also using Lori's Garden) I used my opaques from CTMH to spruce everything up, plus an organza bow accented with orange satin ribbon.

NOW YOU DO IT!
